What is Resilience Coaching?

Resilience coaching is about more than just overcoming obstacles—it’s about discovering your inner strength, reframing challenges, and building a mindset that allows you to move forward with confidence. Whether you're recovering from a life-changing surgery or facing an unrelenting injury, working with me will provide you with the tools and support you need to help you navigate your healing journey.

What to Expect in the Coaching Process

  1. Discovery Session: Defining Your Why & Your Goals

    • Our first conversation is a “get to know you” session, aimed at understanding you—your story, struggles, and vision for the future.

    • We’ll explore where you feel stuck and what resilience looks like for you.

    • You’ll leave with clarity on your goals and whether coaching is the right fit.

    • Bring your energy, questions, and whatever else will help you feel at ease—I’m here for it all!

  2. Building Your Resilience: The Deep Inner Work 

    • If we decide it will be a good fit to work together following our discovery call, that’s when the real fun starts! 

    • Each session we will dive into the practical tools and mindset shifts that will help you move forward.

    • We identify emotional and mental roadblocks and work through them together, step-by-step.

    • You’ll receive personalized strategies that align with your unique challenges.

    • This is where I will introduce you to my coaching framework: Reflect, Reframe, and Refine. 

  3. Ongoing Support & Accountability

    • Coaching isn’t just about inspiration (although I have been called a personal cheerleader from time to time)—it’s about action. I’ll be there to help you stay on track, adjust when challenges arise, and celebrate your wins along the way.

    • Through structured sessions and check-ins, we will make sure you’re always moving forward towards your goals, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.
